About Me
Born in Piracicaba - SP, in 1997, my first piano teachers were Fernando Peres and Eliana Asano, who were fundamental to my artistic and professional journey.
At the age of 18, I enrolled in the Bachelor’s program in Biological Sciences at the University of São Paulo (ESALQ/USP), where I had the opportunity to collaborate with musical groups under the direction of conductor Cíntia Pinotti.
Later, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Music at the State University of Campinas, where I studied with Prof. Dr. Alexandre Zamith, who continues to guide me in my postgraduate studies. I have also worked as a teaching assistant in Harmony courses alongside composer and professor Dr. Denise Garcia.
Over nearly 15 years of professional experience, I have performed solo recitals, collaborative performances, and worked with choirs and professional and/or pedagogical musical ensembles from various Brazilian states and internationally. These include groups such as Ensemble Allegro Vocale, Coral Luiz de Queiroz, Coral Magnum Cantorum, Banda Sinfônica União Operária, Banda Sinfônica do Festival de Poços de Caldas, Orquestra Educacional de Piracicaba, and Camerata Experimental de Campinas, among others.
I was a member of the tenor section of the Contemporary Choir of Campinas (Coro Contemporâneo de Campinas), under the direction of Ângelo Fernandes. With the CCC, I had extremely rich musical experiences, such as the premiere of the contemporary opera Ritos de Perpassagem (2019) by Flo Menezes, as well as numerous concerts, including works such as the Great Mass in C Minor and Requiem by W.A. Mozart; the Ninth Symphony by L.V. Beethoven; and a vast repertoire of choral and orchestral concert pieces, performing with the Campinas Municipal Symphony Orchestra (OSMC), UNICAMP Symphony Orchestra (OSU), and USP Symphony Orchestra (OSUSP).
I have participated in numerous masterclasses with renowned pianists both nationally and internationally, including Julija Botchkovsakaia (Ukraine), Marco Antônio Almeida (Brazil/Germany), Cristian Budu (Brazil), Olga Kiun (Russia/Brazil), Lei Weng (China/USA), Allison Franzetti (USA), Luciana Sayure (Brazil), Ney Fialkow (Brazil), Cristina Capparelli (Brazil), Diego Caetano (Brazil/USA), among other great performers.
I am part of the "Duo de Bolso" with flutist Lucas Herrera, a chamber music project for flute and piano. I was also a member of the quintet "Dissonances," with which I performed works by Louise Farrenc.
I have had the opportunity to collaborate with contemporary composers, performing world premieres as well as Brazilian premieres of their works. These include Mestiça (2018) by Fernanda Navarro (USA/Brazil); Hasta que desaparezca (2024) by Gabi Yaya (Cuba); Tracasseries (Brazilian premiere) by Claire-Mélanie Sinnhuber (France); and Noturno and Prelúdio em Am by Vitor Alves.
As an enthusiast of improvisation practices, I currently coordinate the Núcleo Piracicabano de Improvisação Livre, a group that brings together musicians with various levels of experience for ensemble practices, recitals, and the development of this art form within the regional music scene.
As a teacher, I am fortunate to work with dedicated and talented students, many of whom have achieved great success, both professionally and personally.
